How to Install Earthshaker - Tine of The Behemoth Mod
Step 1. You must activate Dota2ChangerENG.exe Read -->
HereStep 2. Copy all the folders (models, particles, resource) and Paste in to the following folder:
Steam/SteamApps/common/dota 2 beta/dota.
Step 3. Launch Dota 2.
These mods are provided by fb.com/ShadyModDota2.
