Atasi masalah (the file is too large for the destination file system fix)

Kemarin saya baru membeli flash disk berkapasitas 16 GB. Setealah saya coba untuk mentransfer file yang berkapasitas 5 GB muncul pemberitahuan "the file '....' is too large for the destination file system fix" seperti contoh gambar berikut.

                                      

 Lalu bagaimana caranya unuk mengatasi masalah tersebut? Ada dua cara :
